曹文瀚,博士,副教授

研究方向

以内吞体分选转运复合体(ESCRT)蛋白亚基BRAF、AtVPS2等为研究对象,探究内吞途径介导的质膜受体蛋白的液泡降解和循环途径;结合分子生物学、细胞生物学、遗传学和多组学分析手段,在模式植物拟南芥中研究内膜运输系统在植物逆境响应、生长发育过程中的调控作用和机理。上述基础理论将有助于林木抗逆性状的改良和培育。

学习与工作经历

分别于2010、2013年在北京师范大学获得理学学士、硕士学位。2020年6月于香港中文大学生命科学金沙特邀发短信送59细胞分子生物学系获得博士学位,导师姜里文教授。同年进入该单位从事科研工作,先后担任助理研究员(Research Assistant),副研究员(Research Associate)。于2022年12月进入浙江农林大学工作至今。
